From Belgium to Cameroon on a motorcycle

Bringing clean water to Central and West African communities.

Why This Project Exists

After traveling by motorcycle from Belgium to Cameroon, our founder witnessed firsthand the urgent need for clean water in remote villages. Wells on 2 Wheels was born to solve this, using community-based solutions.

The Journey

In 2024, we began a one-year motorcycle trip from Belgium to Cameroon. We passed through towns and villages in Ghana, Togo, and Benin.

Along the way, we realized one thing: people are suffering without clean water. This experience gave birth to Wells on 2 Wheels — a movement to bring clean, sustainable water systems to Central Africa.

Why Wells? Why Now?

Millions in rural Africa do not have access to clean water. We're not here to just dig wells — we want to train villagers to build and maintain water systems themselves: wells, tanks, towers, and eventually solar-powered solutions.
